Cancellation Policy: 30+ days prior to departure loss of booking deposit, less than 30 days prior to departure day totally non-refundable.
Credit card: Visa, MasterCard & Debit Card
Insurance: CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) is included in all rates. ELVIP (Extended Liability Vacation Interruption Protection) is $20.00 per day up to a maximum of $600.00, per rental.
Towing: Towing is not allowed.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Preparation fee: $125.00 per rental.
Rates Include: CDW Insurance, transfers to/from airport. Rates Do Not Include: Convenience Kits, Preparaton fee, gasoline & propane refilling, all taxes, refundable security deposit.
Sales Taxes: GST 5% and PST 8%.
Refunds: No Refunds on early returns and unused KMs.
Reservation Deposit: $500.00 upon confirmation (non-refundable), balance of payment is due in 30 days prior to departure (non-refundable)
Security Deposit: $300.00 by credit card with ELVIP and $2,500.00 by credit card with CDW Insurance.
Drivers: Must be 25 years or older.
Generator: $50.00 per week.
